As for Avatar Disney has said 2017. I have heard April 2017 is a possible target opening.

Best guess I've seen is April 22, 2017. Disney is going to announce the opening in late February and a week before it will be moved to November.

I wouldn't make travel plans based on the opening of a new land/attraction. I wouldn't get my hopes up that it will be fully operational even when a date is announced by Disney. Things happen: opening dates get pushed back, new attractions break down a lot (especially those using newer technology), local crowds overwhelm the latest thing to see...
