AK Villas rates 2014

Where can I find a nightly rate for AK Villas? Trying to compare reg. rates to renting DVC points... Help! WDW site won't give me any rates for Nov. 23-29 2014

How about looking at November rates for this year?

Go to the Disney site, and put in some dates that are likely to have availability, and choose the villa you want.

When the rates show up, click "View Price Per Night". When you get to that pop up, you can click "View Seasonal Pricing". From there, you can click through to Nov 2014.

For example, a 1BR Villa at Kidani, Savanna View, is $730/night, including tax, for Nov 23, 24 & 29, and $806/night, including tax, for Nov 25-28 2014.
