AK itinerary

OK, I am trying to plan out our vacation and I would really like to only spend one morning at AK. Unfortunately we are going at a very busy time (before Easter- I had no idea that week was as crazy as the week after Easter until I started reading these boards!).

Do you think it's possible to get the safari, EE, and Dinosaur all in in morning? We would also like to walk around the park for a little while too, but I just am wondering if we should plan for another morning at AK for this vacation because of the crowds. What should we head to first? Unfortunately there are no EMH for AK when we are there. What do you think?

We just got back. We were in Animal Kingdom on Sunday, and I think you probably could do all three in the morning, but you should definitely be there at the opening.

Head to Expedition Everest first, and ride it. Then get a Fast Pass to Safari, and go to Dinosaur. Then go back to Safari. That way, you will be able to walk around the Tree of Life and get all 3 rides in.

I think Deb's plan is good and I have done all three in one morning.

I would say yes. We always just do a half day at AK and we always got Donald's Breakfastosaurus, Safari, Dinosaur, and Tarzan in. Most of your time at AK is walking back and forth it seems like. Now that Tarzan's gone, we can fill in EE in that time spot. I think you'll be fine, depending on how much you want to just walk around and enjoy the park. If you want a lot of atmosphere time, you might go into the afternoon some, but not much.
