AK Dec. Moonlight Magic Free Parking

I received the email for today's AK MM event. We can enter AK at 4pm but the email stated that free parking doesn't start until 4pm. Will they hold to that time and are will my guests have to pay (no AP) to enter at 3:30pm so that we can be in the line by 4?

If your guests are included on your DVC room reservation for the MM event, they'll get free parking anyway. If they're not on the reservation, then not sure how they'll handle the parking fee.

I don't have a room reservation since I registered during open registration.

We're headed over shortly. Does anybody remember how LATE you can check-in? Can you go in anytime up until 10:00 or is there a cutoff? I can't remember. Thanks!

I can confirm that at the 12/15 AK event they did not start the free parking until 4pm.

They seem to be pretty strict about the time. My friend was 5min early and they made her loop around and come back for the free parking.
