what are the benefits of the concierge, what is included and are there better room views or exclusive safaris?

Snacks in the lounge, daily Mousekeeping with turn down service, poor views, and access to restricted safaris.

The best part is the Sunrise Safari. You are not guaranteed a view, it's either savannah or pool and they aren't the best.

I was not happy with the view at all. You over look the roof onto the Savanna if you get one of the three Savanna view rooms. The other two rooms are Pool view. We were far away. Much better view from Savanna view rooms. The food was very good. We did enjoy the lounge very much. The Sunrise Safari is a must!!

We have a trip planned for August. We've never tried it before but I booked it so we could book the Sunrise Safari. I figure the CL villas are tough to get (limited number) so if we can experience it once and say that we did it....we'll be satisfied. I've read that the views aren't great but from what others have said they still thought the ammenities (lounge, daily Mousekeeping, special safaris, etc.) were worth the extra points per night.
