AirTran voucher seats

Does anyone know when AirTran typically opens up seats for use with vouchers? I've called AirTran several times - different days/weeks - and they don't know. One lady did venture a one month prior to flying date as a release date, but that seems so late to me. We are able to get vouchered seats for December 31st already (could about a month ago when I first called), but nothing is open yet for January 6th. There is availability for the first flight out on Monday the 7th though... There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to this. Is there? We could fly back on the 7th, but that would mean DD5 missing a day of school, which would be ok, but would rather not do.

I'm guessing the problem is that Jan. 6 is the last day of the holiday period. So that day will probably end up being a blackout day when AirTran gets around to announcing those dates for 2008. I'd grab the voucher seats on the 7th.
