Finally - a sale at Airtran! I've been checking several times a day for WEEKS and nothing. Tonight I bought my tickets. I got Philly to MCO at $79 each way. I've done better, but still not a bad rate. They came to $176.70 each with taxes and fees. What I liked best was that the flights I wanted were available. For those anxiously awaiting these like I was, go check 'em out now.

I am also looking into Air Tran but have never flown this airline...do you have any experience? My biggest concern is that you can book your seats until either 24 hours prior or at the airport.....I want to make sure that at least we can have our children sit with either my husband or myself (family of 4)....has this ever been an issue?

Also...with the Philly airport...we usually fly out of Newark (live in Jackson, NJ) but the fares and flight availability are crazy from Newark....do you use long term parking or know of another lot to park......is it safe?
