Airtran rocks!

Ok well I just got off of the phone with Airtran.

They sent me an e-mail to let me know that my flight time changed (by a whole 10 minutes) and gave me the option to call if it presented any problems. I took this as a free opportunity to try to change my flight times and it worked.

I got on a 9:45 am flight out of MCO as opposed to my old time of 7 am:scared: (Way tooo early).

She even tried to find me something earlier on the way down but was unsuccessful.

I'm excited for my second airtran flight! Now I just have to see if I can upgrade to first class again!

I have a question about this ~ I noticed this afternoon that our flight time has changed by 5 minutes. Do you have to be notified (by AirTran) of a change in flight time to be eligible to change your flight?

Like the OP, I'd welcome a free opportunity to change my flight. If I can't, it's no big deal.

Airtran was very accomodating for us as well. They cancelled our original flight home (ack!) but scheduled us on a later flight at no extra charge. We get an extra 6 hours in Orlando now. :) My DH broke his foot the other day, so I called to see if there were any seats that can accomodate him. They assigned us seats where he can put his foot out, and didn't charge us any fees. We haven't flown with them yet, but so far they've been very helpful.
