For the past 2 months, I have been searching Airtran and SW (daily) for prices and pretty much they were comparable at about $150 to $160. Last Friday I noticed that Airtran went to $110, but not during my time and they were multiple stops. So, today I go on and not only did they have a one way, non stop for $110 (both ways!), they also had my perfect times. Arriving at Disney by 10am and Departing Disney at 4pm. Score for me!

Even with the cost of luggage $80 (round trip), I am saving almost $300 difference with Airtran versus SW and I got my seat assignments.
Keep checking your flights daily for deals and times. If you don't find it, refresh and try again. It can change even in 10 minutes. I only paid $70 more in 2012 than I did in 2008.
