Hi All,
We're headed to the world in September - our fares have dropped and I called AirTran to get a credit on my account for the flights.
I was told by one customer service agent that as long as I was logged in to my A+ rewards account I could use the credits towards checked bag fees, business class upgrade, etc.
I had to call back and was told by the other rep that in order to use the credits I had to CALL them to check in - I could not do it online if I wanted to use the credits for bag fees, etc.
Also, I need to make sure that if AirTran happens to change our flight times that they will let me book another flight with out a fee? If our times change DH and I are going to try to book an earlier flight
