Airtran changing flight times

Has anyone ever changed airports when airtran has changed their flight times? will they allow this? They changed my flight time and nothing from the airport I was leaving from is a good time for a non stop, but a close airport does have a better time, just wondering if anyone has ever done this without a charge, thanks

Yes -

I did this last year for our Halloween trip. I originally booked our flight out of Dulles. When they changed my flight time, it was too late in the day for us to make an ADR. I was able to change the flights to BWI and go from a 1 stop flight to a non-stop.

Just ask.

I too didn't like the flight times that Airtran reassigned me to (arriving an hour later) so I told them that wouldn't work for me, nor would any of their other flight times for that day. They offered me a full refund which I took. I ended up booking Airtran from another local airport and enjoyed better flight times and lower airfare (sale prices had kicked in) to boot.

In your case, I'd check to see the cost of the other flights before I called.

from PHL to ACY.

They changed our flight time and I didn't like the schedule in PHL. (In fact, I liked the one from ACY better). I called, he checked with an supervisor and was told it was okay. The flight was at end of June. I think I called in May.

In my case, those were for one-way tickets and I haven't bought the return at the time. I am not sure how easy it would be if those were return-trip tickets.

I was able to switch my flight from MIA to FLL. I just asked if I could and they said it would be just fine. No hassle at all!!
