Airside 2, Side A @ MCO?

Can someone tell me about Airside 2, Side A (gates 100-129) at MCO? What types of dining options are there? We've always arrived at Airside 3 (once at Airside 1). Is Airside 2 the new terminal? Also, where is the Budget Car Rental Counter in relation to the AirTran baggage claim?
