Never used Air Miles to get tickets.

Once you get the tickets you link the ticket to your reservation?

Yes, Airmiles sends you the tickets directly. Takes just a couple of days in my experience, but I'm in Ontario. Not sure how long for other provinces.

The tickets are the hard plastic ones, unless you get a Canadian Discount Ticket Voucher (we're not sure if they have any of these left anyways - many people are reporting they are getting the hard plastic tickets when they've ordered the Child's Canadian ticket lately.)

Yes, you can link them into your MDE account and make Fast Passes in advance.
