Can't seem to buy Disney tickets thru AM's. When I click on 'add to cart' it says it can't find the page. Last week, every time I tried to call it was over a 2 hour wait. Ridiculous. Does anyone know if you can combine AM's from 2 accounts? If so, can it be done online, or do you have to call?

You can transfer all AM from one account to another (in the same household) as part of a closing of redundant accounts. If you simply want to transfer and keep both accounts open that will cost you .15/AM. Not worth it in my opinion. Unfortunately, yes you must call to do this.

Is this new? I wanted to have DH's transferred to me (in a call) a few years ago and they said, no, they wouldn't do that unless he died. I want the account in my name since he doesn't even know he has an account, but . . . . :rotfl:

It's actually a Merge of collector accounts.

1740946909877.png

It's under the transfer Miles option in your profile. I was under the impression that the duplicate account needed to be closed but that may just be what I was planning on doing with it. You'll need to make sure that the miles are in the correct bucket before the transfer (cash or dream)

I believe @Donald - my hero has actual experience with this. Hopefully she can chime in with more details.

Yes, you can merge two accounts, within the same household into 1 at no cost. Must know the info on both accounts - name, account number and i think they asked for the phone numbers as well. Cash miles will move to cash and dream to dream, from the one account to the other. The one you're moving the miles from will INSTANTLY be closed so make sure you're not waiting for anything to post, you won't have access to that account for anything. You need to call in to do this but I seem to recall it took less than 5 minutes total once i was connected. The miles were in the main account before the call ended, I hung up and submitted a personal shopper request for an annual pass immediately.
Airmiles really wants to have this happen, trying to cut down on people who manage multiple accounts within one household is costly to them.

Been home for 24 hours and am still trying to get organized. Did a quick grocery shop yesterday. Sent DH out to get gas and the car died, just what you don't need to happen when you are busy. Going to look at fixing it but it looks like we will have to take the time to car shop :eeyore:.
Porter was interesting. Flight down made me second guess using them, flight back could not have gone any smoother. I'll report on that later. For any DCL cruisers I will say the Treasure is AMAZING! For all the negative comments on the Wish I was worried but they proved to be wrong or at least not as bad as posted.
We were in Orlando for 6 nights before the cruise and it was very very chilly. Only one day made it to the 70's but at least we didn't have to shovel snow. Our wonderful sons did that for us.
Now I am off to read 10 pages about AMs I missed getting :). Everyone have a great day!!

London Drugs
Second Cup
Pizza Pizza
Global Petfoods

I believe Chapters-Indigo as well (owned by Chapters, headquartered in Toronto). Not quite as broad as am azon but has books :) I read a lot.

All Canadian as well.

Hi all, we are back from our Costa Rica trip and sailing cruise!

Trying to catch up on all the chatter since we have been gone. I got a new Onyx card in the mail when we were gone and when I logged into my AM account, I am back to being Onyx, despite being bumped back down to Gold and not earning more than 5000 miles in 2024. How odd.
