Waiting for our bus to the port. My kiddo is up and ready!!! We are all so excited…well DD and I are. DH is just along for the ride and the food.

I did place a petsmart same day delivery order this morning, they had some good deals on the frozen raw food my dog eats and pet treats. I got all 150 AM posted for the purchase already, so it does work, and the 30X the points worked right away. Very pleased! I will do another order during the Shop the Block I'm sure, I get cat food there as well. They had spend $100 get $10 back in points, so hopefully that works too and I'll get those to spend on the cat food. They use doordash to deliver and I do tip the driver, but I had so many other things to get done today I just didn't have time to add stopping there as well. Worked out great. Now that I have been redeeming all my points for amazon gift cards, I haven't had to spend anything on presents so far. Kiddo's birthday in in about a week so there are a lot of gifts to get.

My AMS shopping so far, started shopping Nov 25 when promo started:

Walmrt 20x - posted correctly within 3 days , 60 airmiles, unfortunately returning, found something better elsewhere
Walmrt 20x - outstanding, 3+ days, 20 airmiles
Walmrt 20x - posted correctly within 24 hours, 40 airmiles
Amazn 27x - outstanding, imported, doubt I'll ever see them. 27am. I try to avoid amazn if I can, too many gray areas
Amazn 27x - outstanding, 54am, but just ordered today
Roots 20x - half posted within 24 hours, will likely have 40 airmiles to chase (this has happened before, usually posts short airmiles)
Staples 20x - posted 120 am correctly within 6 hours
Well.ca 25x - posted 50 am correctly within 24 hours
Lululemon 0x - sale price was only available through their app
Sephora - out of stock
Old Navy - posted correctly within 24 hours, 80 airmiles.
H&M - out of stock
...
Canadian Tire seems to be my big winner so far this year. Walmrt, Petsmart, Michaels, ... holding back on some smaller, less necessary items for STB.

1 staples order where I should earn a $10 coupon for my next purchase (will use for the shop the block promo) - miles haven't posted yet but order hasn't been shipped.

Canadian Tire seems to be my big winner so far this year. Walmrt, Petsmart, Michaels, ... holding back on some smaller, less necessary items for STB.

Us too - we have really rocked the reward dollars at Canadian Tire. Last weekend was a spend $150 earn 50 rewards plus we had a spend $150 get 25 and will the bonus rewards on products our $200 shop earned us $105 reward dollars.
I have already cashed in $250 posts this month on toys for the local toy drives and the account is already back.

I just screen capped what is there right now and am going with that for today. It just says that categories have been updated since Nov. 1, it doesn't say that the ones shown expired Nov. 30.

yup, that's how I read it as well BUT, I've got a few toys and books in my list to buy for Christmas gifts and neither of those are currently included. I'm hoping they'll be in the ok list before i need them and the extra miles would be welcomed as well

We've had a few of those and love them. Nice thing about that amazon one is that it comes with a couple of batteries instead of just one. That's a good price!

tsc has 27x and you can usually do the easy pays on items. If that would help?
I have a Dyson cordless that my parents gave me when the upgraded and I love it. I bought extra filters because i have 4 cats and a dog sometimes it would get clogged up and not want to work to finish the house and I didn't want to wait for the filter to be cleaned and dry again. So I got a couple extra and it's fabulous. I believe it's a D10.

Give the prices all look the same, I'd got for the best deal to get back. Sounds like Dyson with it's AM is good? Canadian Tire would get you the CT money back. But I think the AM at Dyson would be similar when converted to cash?

I didn't notice it wasn't Dyson either. Shark makes a really good vacuum too. Not sure if there are any of those on sale. We have a tabletop size Shark wand vac that is super on on those little dust bunnies that show up.

I am trying to figure out if I can use the vacuum on ceramic tile floors.
More research...............................
80% of my home is ceramic tile and 20% carpeting.
No stairs.

Just spent my morning on hold with Live Chat TWICE (one for card) to get missing miles cleaned up before STB starts. My account is over 32,000 Dream miles now, so I am almost at my goal of 40,000 miles for our big trip to Universal in 2026. Planning on paying for park passes, flights and resort with air miles.
