airlines without baggage fees?

I need to fly home with my three girls for Christmas and we'll need to bring a lot of empty bags with us. Are there any airlines that still allow luggage for free?

Jet Blue allows one free checked bag per ticketed passenger.

SWA allows two free bags. If the bags are empty, you may be able to nest them one within the other and take three or more bags free.
