Last night while doing my usual surfing I priced a hire car from Airline Network. We want a Full Size Four Door (FDAR) car it for two weeks in October. The price was £282 including the insurance upgrade.
I then noticed the following on the page:
Car & Unlimited mileage, LDW, SLI, Under and Uninsured Motorist Protection, State & Local Tax, Airport Tax, and all CFC's & HSFs ** APRIL DEAL!! ** ICAR Upgraded to FCAR IDAR Upgraded to FDAR & FDAR Upgraded to MVAR
I read it that if I book a Four Door Full Size; I get upgraded to a MVAR (Seven Seater Minivan).
Unfortunately Airline Network does not agree! I phoned and was told that the upgrade was reflected in the price, if I booked a Four Door Full Size that is what I would get.
Am I being dumb about this or are they not exactly telling the truth?
