I have waited to buy our families one way ticket back home. The prices are still a bit high unless I want to leave Disney ay 6am

I am afraid that if I wait too long it will be too late and that prices will go higher.

Our return date is Sept 25. I heard somewhere not to wait until 2 weeks before. Will they still discount tickets at this point.

Does anyone have any advise?

Leave at 6 am the day after you planned to go home. Enjoy the last day, then get a hotel at the airport to fly out early.
