We are planning a trip for Jan. 2004 and I am clueless when it comes to airfare. I have read other posts that said to check with people who have flown around the same time to help decide when to purchase our airfare.
We have a companion ticket that we got from our bank. It is a set $350.00 for two tickets so we will use that. We also need one more ticket and want to fly Midwest Express since they have a non-stop flight out of Milwaukee.
I spoke to Midwest today and the ticket would be $237.00. She kind of indicated that it was not a great price but then also said I should not wait to book it because we could lose a spot on the plane. For those who have flown in Jan. (our dates are Jan 23-29th) how far out would you recommend booking? I don't know if I should go ahead with the $237.00 or wait.
