Air Tran Question

I am a first time flyer of Air Tran and have a question. I noticed that our flight air fare has decresased and wanted to find out if Air Tran will issue a credit for the difference?

Air Tran should give you a credit to be used for future flight, normally to be use within a year. If you haven't purchased seating, may be able to use for that if no plans to fly them within year.

Yes, Airtran will give you a credit towards a future flight (not cash back to you). You have to call & request it.
