Air Conditioner at Aldis today for $99.99

It's only a small one (RCA, 5000 btu, 150 sq ft), but last year they only carried them once, and ours sold out the same day. I went this am at opening, and they only had eight, four walked out the door along with the one that I bought. I only need it for the "dog's bedroom", so size and ability should be plenty.

I think that's a pretty standard price for that size air conditioner. I picked up energy efficient 5,000 BTU window air conditioners last year from Home Depot for just under $100.

Check there too if Aldis sells out.

Yep $99 to $119 is the standard price for a 5000 btu air conditioner. I have been pricing them the last week. amazon has one for $114 no shipping or tax. Lowes, Home Depot, Farm and Fleet, and Walmart all had them $99 and some were free shipping over the holiday weekend. So if Aldi's is out there are plenty to be had.
