I got behind somehow. Oh I know how! I've been busy visiting with Lacey and not Dising.

You guys got a lot done at Epcot despite the heat. I am right there with you on Soarin'. I hate heights but I love Soarin'. One of the best rides in Disney World.

I'm so glad that you posted pictures of both Ohana and Tony's. Both of those are on our list of "we need to try" restaurants.

Girl I am so dead tired tonight. We got really busy at about 3 today and I didn't get out until 7:30.

When I read my post, I realized just how busy our day was. I don't know where I came up with all the energy.

We love Tony's so much. The food is so good and it always tastes fresh. The Plaza is that good too. I think I like Kona better than 'Ohana.

Hey Mary We got a lot of stuff done. Our December dates are either Dec 4-9th or Dec 6-11th, it all depends on my getting the weekend of 4th and 5th off. It sucks that we won't be there at the same time. I know April will be there the same week as I in December .

Hey Pam I know you have been VERY busy for the past few months. I am having a hard time keeping up with posts too. I seem to get so far behind .

Thank you!!! I really miss Dallas being that little, at times it seems like yesterday and then other times it seems like a life time ago.

The Tronorail IS awesome!! I love Tron.

I'm so glad it is the weekend. We were SUPER busy at work yesterday and today.

Tomorrow we are going to drive over to Panama City and eat at Margaritaville. Tyler nor Dallas have ever eaten at one and Tyler wants to try it. Dale and I have eaten at the one in Panama City and Orlando, and Amanda and I have eaten at the one in New Orleans. I looked at getting a room and found a beach front room at a GREAT price and was about to book it and Dale said "Amanda won't want to stay", and I said "Yes, she will". I called Amanda into the living room and asked her "What do you think about me getting us a room in Panama City?", she says "Nah"


So much for offering to do something nice.......

I know . The water was BEAUTIFUL. I have a lot of pictures so as soon as I get them uploaded to photobucket I will post some of them. It would have been nice to stay there overnight. We enjoyed it though, even if it is a 3-3 1/2 hour drive......

Thanks Kathy . We like the Plaza too. The paint on the monorail was AWESOME; I can't wait for the movie to come out .

Yikes, 3 1/2 hour drive!! WHOA!!! I finished up the school shopping today...thank GOD he's going back to school!!! LOL He's eating me out of house and home!!! Glad ya'll had a good time, glad the water's better and all too!!

Hey Christie Yeah 3 to 3 1/2 hour drive, but it is so worth it. Had it not been as hot as the surface of the sun we would have walked around Pier Park and done some shopping, but we just wouldn't have been able to stand up to it. We will go back when it cools off and maybe do some Christmas shopping. I have got to post some pictures.

Last week, Tyler and I were talking and he told me he had never eaten at Margaritaville. I know Amanda, Dale and I had eaten at one, but couldn't remember if Tyler or Dallas had. The first time I ate at one was in New Orleans on a field trip with Amanda, she was in the 10th grade. In 2005 Dale and I went to the February and July Daytona races and we ate at the one in Universal Studios. Then in 2008 Dale and I drove down to Panama City just for a day out and ate at the one there. This past Saturday was our third time at the PC MV.

I wanted to rent a room for the night and stay on the beach, but Amanda didn't want to stay . We were up early and on the road by 8:30. It is a 3 to 3 1/2 hour drive down there, but it was sooooooo nice to have all five of us together for a family outing. The last time we were all out doing something together, other than my Mom's funeral, was at Disney, May of last year.

So without further ado here are some of the pictures

We left so early Amanda didn't have her make up on yet......lol.

Even though the waters looked clear there was very few people in the water. I don't know when we will feel safe in the water again.

So anyway we finally get here

When we walk up to the front of the restaurant these little guys are waiting for you

They took our picture with these guys. They perched one on Amanda's right shoulder and one on Dale's left shoulder. We bought the pictures but I haven't scanned them yet so I will have to post them later.

We get seated pretty quick and place our drink orders. Of course I got a Margarita

Tyler got a raspberry margarita and Amanda got a strawberry daiquiri, but I didn't get a good picture of their drinks. You can kinda see Tyler's drink in the back ground.

We had some great food that I forgot to get pictures of . Dale had the Cheeseburger in Paradise, I had a club sandwich, Tyler had teriyaki chicken, and Amanda and Dallas had grilled cheese and French fries. They have a dessert called the Chocolate Hurricane and it is a large glass with a brownie and ice cream, with chocolate syrup and cool whip. Dale, Amanda and Dallas shared it and I took one bite and it was very good.

We left and bought a couple of suvies and we were going to walk along Pier Park, but after a few minutes we decided it was just too hot so we went back to the car to leave. I did get Dale to pull over so I could get a few pictures so what follows are those

We finished driving down the beach front road and headed back toward home. Along the way I fell asleep......... When we were near the Florida/Alabama line we saw traffic backing up in the east bound lane and this is what we saw.

We came up on this on I-10

That is how bad traffic was backed up on east bound I-10. I sure hope no one was hurt in the wreck. I watched the news and never saw anything about it.

So, we had a great family day . I wonder how long it will be before I can talk all of them into it again............

I'm sorry if there are any horrible spelling or total mess ups. I took my sleeping pill about an hour ago and I get kinda loopy after I take it...........

The paint on the monorail was AWESOME; I can't wait for the movie to come out .

It's not paint it's actually giant stickers made by 3M the makers of post it notes, they are very common on buses and other transportation modes.
