CUTE!!! I have downloaded a bunch of stuff but I don't have an application yet to actually try them. It's on my list of things to do this year.

Here's another.. (yes, at some point today i need to clean my house!LOL)

Those are AWESOME! I am very impressed.:thumbsup2 It's actually hard to tell that thos were done digitally, and not the traditional way!
I actually am trying to get a feel of digital scrapping myself, and I was really excited to see your post. What did you use to get started? I have a link that someone here on the boards sent me, and I checked it out, but it's a little overwhelming. Do you have any advice to help me out? I noticed that you can do purely digital or you can mix, are you familiar with the mixing and doing digital but putting it together by hand?

Ha.. i was so stressed yesterday- tryin to read "tutorials" that were supposed to be for the "beginner!" LOL :scared: Anyway - i ordered about 23.00 worth of stuff to start from www.scrapgirls.com , but her tutorials were hard to follow for me..
I am using Photoshop Elements 3.0, (i think 5.0 is the highest available now), and i know you can get a free trial download at the Adobe website.
Then, i found http://scrapbook-elements.com/sbe/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=26&Itemid=109 And i started by reading her FIRST tutorial, and GOT IT!! LOL, i was so impressed with the way she walked you thru everything, i printed it out.. but, I realize i have SOOOOO much to learn..LOL, These layouts i did are BASIC, cut, copy, paste kinda stuff.. It is hard to walk someone thru it when i am still learning myself.. But, i suggest downloading a program (if you don't have one), and checking those two sites to start.. (who knows.. maybe the first site's tutorials will make sense to you! ;) )
Anyway - once you start playing with the layers (which was the hardest part for me to get), it is pretty basic principles.. I also read her tutorial about adding "styles and brushes" and did that as well - as i had bought some styles and apparently had NO IDEA what they were for, just looked cool! LOL

I think the main reason, i am going to like the digital thing- is b/c you can reuse a piece of paper or embellishment a million times if you want to.. :thumbsup2 for one price! And, they have so many cute kits out there, for like $5-$10, that have papers, embellishments, etc.. all to match! You can't get that with regular embellishments!! $$$$$ ! LOL

I don't know that i will ever "convert" to all digi, but i think i will try to do it more often!
Although - now i am thinking due to lack of cool WDW stuff, I might need a scanner in the spring - so i can make my own WDW digi stuff, by scanning in embellishments and Disney papers.. But, at least you can REUSE them! :)

Great job! I'm glad you found a tutorial that got you started; I know that PSE is a terrific program, but lots of times it can be hard to get going with it.

I've also pretty much gone totally digital, and I have a very hard time paper scrapping anymore. There are just so many benefits to digital!

Congrats on discovering the digi world! :cool1:

Great pages! You definitely have a knack for this. I've been so tempted to try digital, but haven't had enough patience to figure it out yet. LOL!

I bet you just want to sit at your computer and make these pages all day long now.

I got scrapbooking software for christmas... just need to find time to really play with it and I need to get a good printer.

ok, here's one more!! (BTW, i DID clean my house too!) :rotfl2:

This one was due to Beasley!! Thank you girl!!! (It is her background and frame set).:thumbsup2

As for what "Set" the Cinderella lo came from, it is actually a mix of like 3 sets.. ;)
And for a printer, i use an Epson 1280 - it's a 12x12" printer.. But, all these LO's are 8x11, b/c i don't have any 12x12" photo paper now, and i wanted to print these out asap! LOL :goodvibes

Looks good! I like that alpha!

BTW, I am about to post some more Dream Trip frames...should be today or tomorrow.

OMG you up at 2am and being creative!!!!! YIKES :scared1: What is the world coming to???? Is the sky falling for real????

These lo's are really cool though!!!! You did a great job on them! Gotta give you credit! You have more patience then me when it comes to stuff like this! Maybe you can teach me how to do some of this stuff!!!! I still don't know how to color in the black and white photos!!!! :rotfl2: I just don't have the patience to understand these programs!!!! I need to take a class so someone can tell me how to do it!!!!! Then I can learn!

Maria, you really have to sit and play.. and patience is KEY. LOL.. I really can't show you much - due to the fact that i am still learning myself! And it depends on what photo program you have..
But you need to take time and play and learn.. and have PATIENCE. lol.. ;)

I know how you are - miss perfection..LOL

These are really neat! Only question: how do they print? Do you print the entire page, or all of the components and then assemble? I wonder how much ink you would burn through. Definately faster and very eye catching!
