Hehe I CANNOT believe I have lost 20 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Why dont I see it in myself? I definitely feel it in the way my clothes are feeling, but I don't "see" it. KWIM??


I guess getting a stomach bug has a pro side! LOL I never did break from Atkins! I am so VERY proud of myself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Only 80 more to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Twenty pounds! "Weigh" to go!

I really noticed my weight loss around 30 pounds. That is also when others really started noticing, and also when I really needed some new clothes. Between the 30 pound loss and new, more form fitting clothes, people could see the great results! Keep going - 20 pounds is a GREAT loss already!
