Age to Rent a Vacation Home?

Hey everyone, I was looking into the minimum age requirements to rent a vacation home in Orlando, specifically Windsor Hills community through FloridaTeamManagement.com.

To sign a contract you need to be 21 years old.

Some owners prefer to have a minimum age of 25 . Others will take under that but also ask for an older guarantor and a higher security deposit.

I know you didn't want to hear this - but you can stay on property at Disney at age 18 and up.

disney has villa - studio, 1 and 2 bedroom condo that you can rent from a DVC member - but they are way more expensive even renting from a DVC member than offsite.
