I'm really surprised how many people want their kids to not get married until they are older. I would really hope that my kids would be married by 21-22 at the latest, and have kids within a couple of years. I have no desire to be an old grandma
21 - 22 at the LATEST? Wow, that is highly unusual these days. I see your kids are still young - you might change your mind!My daughter will be 21 in May and I would be very upset if she told me she was even thinking of getting engaged. She won't even finish school until her mid-twenties. I hope that all of my girls will finish their education and be established in their careers before they consider marriage and especially children. I want them to learn to live on their own, be independent, gain life experience and get to know themselves before they make such a huge commitment. I hope they wait at least until their late twenties or early thirties before considering marriage.
