Age-restricted rides?

so i know some rides are height restricted, but what about age? I read on a few sites that some rides have an age 3 restriction. Is this enforced? This is my main concern: We have a taller nearly 3 year old who wont have a ticket, and thus no fastpasses. Will we still be able to take her with us through the fastpass line for rides she is tall enough for like slinky dog dash or 7dmt or will we have to wait on the normal line and just tell them she is 3, forgoing out fastpasses? I have never heard of an age requirement. Just a height requirement.

There is only an age requirement when the child is riding without an adult.

The age comes in to play on kids riding attractions alone and sometimes sitting alone. They must be 7. OR they have to be with someone 14 or older.

If she is tall enough she can enter the line, just tell them when you scan she is under 3 and has no ticket.
