Is the theater show really worth the $34 per person? I'd rather pay more to see a regular show on broadway. Would like input. Thanks!

My dd and I saw the show, but we were handed the tickets by a person in the store that didn't want them. The show was good, but I wouldn't have paid for it. I would have spent the money on more AG stuff! DD agreed.

We did not see the show, simply because we didn't think plunking down over $100 for three of us (dmom, dd and me) was worth it. We did the tea, which was nice and some shopping. I can't say if the show is worth the money or not, but our day was full and fun without it. Enjoy!!

We really enjoyed the show. It was myself, DD9 and DD6. We had read all of the books and they absolutely loved the show. The total cost for the three tickets was about $100 which is how much a single broadway show ticket costs. If they were older I probably would skip it but for the AG fans it is alot of fun. The seats are really close and it is a very small theater so you are close to the action. Sometimes the girls from the show give autographs afterwards.

I agree. If you are making the trip for AG then it is definately worth it. I loved it myself. The theater is so small you can actually reach out and touch the girls. My dd9 (at the time) and friend thought it was great because the girls are their age and there is a meet and greet afterward.

My dd and her best friend were 8 at the time and they really enjoyed it, my logic was everything at AG is a lot and that was just part of the experience.
It doesn't compare to a real broadway show though.

DD and I saw the show in June. I'm glad that we saw it before we went to a couple of Broadway shows later in the week because the AG show paled in comparison. We enjoyed it but it was amatureish. We will go back to NYC and won't see it again.

If you need to choose between the AG show or a Broadway show, Broadway wins hands down.
