Afternoon Tea? TIW

I know they used to accept this, but from what I am seeing is that a thing of the past? Any other discounts for the Garden View Tea Room? Annual Pass or DVC?
We love doing this and will give up another meal for it, as it is one my girls' top favorite things to do in Disney, but a discount is nice for sure!
