hi there - I just called member services today to purchase after hours tickets for HS on Jan 4th for my family (5 of us). We do have resort reservations and when discussing with the cast member, i understood that in the email, we'd get a confirmation number that we'd be able to link to our my disney experience accounts. However, when i received the email confirmation it is indicating "will call" and that i need to pick up my tickets where they are sold?? I hope this is not the case as we are out of state and won't be there until Dec. 31st. Has anyone dealt with this before and successfully linked after hours tickets and assigned them to family members when there is a 'will call' on the confirmation email? thanks in advance.
