After F&W fest for lunch, will we be hungry for dinner?

Quick question...if we start about 11:30 at the F&W booths, and mix in touring the WS at the same time, will we be hungry for Coral Reef at 5:50? That's when our ADR is, so I'm assuming we won't actually be eating until about 7ish? I'm just wondering if we should move our Coral Reef ADR to another night and just have a late CS dinner later?

I wouldn't be. One suggestion if you want to keep the dinner is to share the samples so you don't fill up on the ones you want to try.

DH and I split the tastes (like pp suggested) so we could have more of them and used our snack credits to pay for them. We were pretty full after that, but that was our lunch. Depending on how many you have would dictate whether you would want an early or later dinner.

We came back the next day to sample others that we skipped the first day and it worked out well since we didn't stuff ourselves too much the first day.

I would get a listing of what is available and mark off what you are interested in. Then you can plan exactly what you want to eat and how much.

It really depends on how much you sample & how late you keep sampling.

DH & I do F&W booths for lunch most days of our trip & then we have a sitdown dinner at about 7:30. We generally split about 5-6 samples for lunch & go back to the resort around 2-3 to hang out at the pool & take a break. By 7-7:30, we're ready to eat again. But we generally plan 6-7 "meals" at the Festival booths, so we wind up sampling alot over the course of our stay.

If you are going to only do the Festival for one or two days, you may want to sample more & longer than we do. In that case, I would skip doing a sitdown meal that night & just make the full day of sampling.

For me, 5:50 is too early. If you really wanted to do the reservation and at that time, plan your sampling accordingly.

Last year we did alot of our CS for breakfast and spent several afternoons of the week in EPCOT trying out the different treats and drinks for lunch (but we didn't sample all day right up to dinner) then had our TS for dinner. Even after the dinner on several nights we were back at the Sam Adams kiosk for a crab cake and of course a Sam Adams before Iluminations. This year right now we are signed up with the 40% off room discount pin and added QSDP, this would give us 2 snacks each per day, but we may upgrade that to the DDP, we keep thinking on this one if we should upgrade or not. If we stay with the QSDP we are thinking 2 TS paying OOP,we just can't make a trip to Disney and pass on Le Cellier.

We lunch at the booths, but we're always ready for a nice dinner with wine. We go later though, like 9 pm.

Thanks for all of the advice! I'm on the phone moving my res for Coral Reef, hopefully they have something around 8.
