I have an early morning adr for Magic Kingdom (8:05 am) at Be Our Guest. At what point can I use the rides after breakfast? If the attractions are not open, can I wander the park?

This also happens to fall on a EMM day at MK.

Since this is on an EMM day, I would guess that you would be held in some way until general park opening. I know for sure that you cant "wander" the park. Even before EMM when we had a prepark opening ADR if we finished before official park opening we could only go so far before we were held by castmembers. Example: we finished bfast at crystal palace and continued up through the castle toward fantasyland but were held by rope and castmembers just outside of the castle exit. When the park officially opened, we were allowed to proceed to the rides.
With this being an EMM day, even if you finish your bfast early, I dont think you will be allowed to enter the ride lines until official park opening since that priviledge has been granted to those who paid for it with EMM. Just a guess though....

We did this in January, but there was no EMM then. We ate at BOG & then went outside to wait for 7DMT at about 8:35. We had to wait there for 10 - 15 minutes. Someone asked when it would open & a CM brusquely said "9", which unnerved me a bit as I knew that rope drop occurs around 8:45. But nevertheless they let us in line when the fireworks could be heard from the morning show ceremony finishing. We got 2 rides on 7DMT with no wait, & could have had a 3rd, but by then the rope drop mob was coming & we wanted a short standby wait for Peter Pan.

I can't tell you if your experience will be similar or different on an EMM day. From what I've read, PPO guest access to rides is restricted until after rope drop.

Hmmm, while not a huge concern the EMM does impact touring directly after the ADR. Even if we were held until open, we'd still be in a decent location to ride attractions but given the EMM people, i'm not so sure.

We had BOG scheduled for an EMM morning and figured that by the time we got out of BOG the park would already have too many people there. We were able to change it to a non EMM morning. I know it is not easy to switch BOG but we are only 2 adults so was able to get it for earlier in the week.

Reports are that on EMM BOG Guests are allowed to go through the Standby line(EMM use FP+ line) just ahead of the Maingate Line-so no double or triple rides, but still one ride with no wait.:)
