After cruise

After the cruise and heading back to MCO on sat. has anyone spent the day at WDW before flying home? Is it too tiring after the week of excitement? We are AP holders and thought it might be fun, however we have a ds-5 and ds-2.

I say go for it. Since you're AP holders anyway. Since you will be getting off the ship, you should be nice and relaxed.

Why not spend the night onsite and leave Sunday. It was a great way to end the trip. We went to Animal Kingdon, then stayed at the Poly -- did MK at night and left Sunday afternoon.

We thought we would spend just a couple of days in the parks after...it's now turned into four!!! And we still have time to add more .

After our first cruise we went to MCO to catch our flight only to find out that it had been changed to 8:00 pm that night! So we rented a car and went over to MK for the day and had a great time (it was a Thursday in September, so the crowded were low).

So I would say yes, go and have fun! If you can stay an extra night, even better! This year we get off the ship on Saturday morning and we are spending that night at Pop Century and flying home the next evening.
