After christmas week: start with HS or AK?

Good morning,

We are a group of 13 going to Disney after Christmas. I'll ty and find us a special day activity on arrival day, then we'll have a day in each park. We want to do MK on our 3rd day (30th of Dec) and Epcot on our last day (31st). Which means, if we get there on the 27th, that we need to do our 2 first days in Ak and HS.

Our party has 8 adults and 5 kids aged 11, 9, 9, 9, 7.

Which one would you do first?

We do want to see fantasmic. I have looked up the night of the shows, and it does seem that it plays on both nights. Is there a risk it won't play on Thursday the 29th?
