After 3 pm convention tickets question

I have the after three entry tickets for an upcoming convention. Do they let you in a few minutes before or do we have to wait until exactly 1500 hours for entry? I know for MNSSHP & MVMCP they allow you in there hours early. Thanks!

Figure 3:00PM, but show up by 2:45PM.

They have no "need" to let guests in a few hours early on a convention ticket... as they DO have a "need" for an MK party night.
(If they tried to "close" MK at 7PM -at the same time as they were trying to admit ALL of the party guests starting at 7PM- it would create dangerous pandemonium at the gates as well as all transportation to/from MK.)
