We are headed over to MM. IMHO yesterday was worse than Sun. Both parks were VERY busy. HM and POTC had very long lines that the CM's just kept extending with ropes. People were staking claims for F around 5 PM and when the parade was going you could not move downtown as much as the CM's tried.
Weather has been mild with overcast until about 1030 when the world seems to show up. Taking things slowly and having a great time. It would me a mess without FP's.

I agree, it's those really busy times that Fastpasses are just necessary. It sounds very crowded, but at least it sounds like you're all having a great time, hitting the parks early, taking it easy, and collecting those fastpasses to use later in the day.

Are you planning on going anywhere else during your trip, like Universal?

What kind of view do you have from your room at the GCH?

MOst are wearing sweatshirts in the evenings after 6 PM.

Crowds seemed to be lower in DCA yesterday, but not at the park. People still setting up for "F" around 5PM. Been posting wait times on the iPhone app Walkie. FP's are still the way to make life better. All the major rides were over 100 minutes. POTC, Monsters, BLAB and GRR were closed off and on during the day. Weather continues mild.

Our mouse break today and were are headed to USH for the VIP tour, birthday present since tomorrow I get a bit creakier.

Thanks to everyone. Another MM today, BB for lunch and shopping for the girls.

The VIP tour at USH was fantastic, catered gourmet lunch and the behind the scenes of many things in movie production. They were shooting Desparet Housewives and we got to see some of that do to a nice security person and Conan O,Brian driving his golf cart around the back lot. Much fun.

You can collect them every two hours, and at opening, a bit sooner, because return time is less than two hours away. You can also hold a FP for DCA and DL at the same time. You collect them during the day and use them as it gets crowded later. You can use them any time that day after the return time. If you go on non FP rides during the morning while lines are short, you can collect the FPs and use them later for FP rides when the lines are long.

Parks were very good this morning, we rode many rides before 9:30 and then headed over to DCA got lots in, all fast passes and rode bugs land, the pier and grizzly by 1:00 had lunch at white water and headed out of the park. the park was very good in the morning but started to get crowded in DCA by 11:00 . Happy Birthday Jack, how your having the best day!!
