For anyone who has done this, if u do not like the choices for the food they serve can u ask for something different?? I am not a salmon person n would not care for this to b in front if me. Thanks for any help

Yes, you need to let them know when you make your reservation. I'm allergic to all seafood and I received turkey instead of the salmon. The food is all pre-packaged so nothing can be done once you start the trek.

Have fun - it was a great experience.
