Advise needed on renting points

I have never rented points before, but have points to rent out this year. I would appreciate any advise on the best way to go about renting out my points. What is required of me as the renter? etc. Thank you!

You are responsible for the behavior of the renter, and will be the sole point of contact for the reservation with DVC/Member Services. The DVC contract you own requires that you also use a contract with a renter (it explicitly allows rental, but requires written documentation of an agreement).

If you don't know what you are doing, read this carefully and use someone like David as a broker. That would be the easiest course of action and limit the risk that you or a renter would wind up confused and frustrated.
