Hi everyone!

We are booking our first Disney cruise any time now and I was looking for some 11B standard inside rooms still available on the Disney Magic for the Mediterranean cruise 10 September 2016. Which one would you recommend: room 6143 in the back (close to drinks station and restaurants which is a plus?) or room 6521 in the front (this is a sideway cabin, which got great reviews as appearing bigger)? Both on deck 6. Is the distance really that far from one room to the other?

Magical wishes,
Joyce :tink:

I would go for the sideways one. I don't find much difference in the distances as if you are at the back you still have to walk to the front for the Walt Disney Theatre etc. Also means you can eat more as doing extra steps for food lol. Room reviews are pretty good for 6521 on the Wonder looking at it (couldn't find a magic one that was very recent unfortunately). The other room didn't have a review and the neighbouring room only had one from 2007 so not sure how relevant it was.

On a Magic cruise a few years ago I was able to visit both a standard and sideways interior room. The sideways room did feel more spacious though it was the same size. I prefer a room with a view but if I do an interior room again, I'm going to try for a sideways room.

Difference in distance between the two locations is probably less than a minute, as is just about everything, assuming you don't wait for an elevator.
