DH & I are taking a trip without the kids - looking for ideas on tours or other attractions at WDW that we might enjoy?

I think we're going to do the tour at Epcot - the one at The Land (maybe it's Beyond the Seeds??). We also are thinking about doing a Cirque show.

Any other ideas that you can recommend?

TIA :D

Last year my sister and i went to Disney without kids and we went on the Behind the Seeds tour. It is really low key and lots to learn. I love the Land and this was a way to learn more about it. It is pretty cheap and doesn't take too long. We didn't book the tour beforehand. We were just waiting for our Soarin' FP to come due and say the sign and signed up. I would recommend it.

Also, we did the Keys to the Kingdom tour. This was fantastic. We both love disney and there is just so much that we didn't know about WDW. This tour is longer but worth it too!

Have a great trip!

OP, tell us a little about yourselves IE: like to party, enjoy outdoors activities, sports, etc. This way we can give you better ideas.

cirque du soleil la nouba is a very good show you need to get the least expensive seats in center row those are the best seats to get because most of the show is above the audience Have Fun

Recently I did Lunch with an Animal Keeper at Sanaa resturant. I LOVED that. Later I figured out that another person who was there solo frequents these boards also. If you are interested in the AKL or AK Theme Park I highly recommend it.

Add another vote for Keys to the Kingdom. It's wonderful and totally worth it. As an aside, tours offer discounts to AP and AAA members, so if you're in either of those catagories, ask for the discount!

How about a tour around the lake at Epcot before that part of the park opens riding on a Segway? The tour lasts 2 hours or so and includes everything: safety film, indoor practice and guides to inform you of interesting facts about the pavilions during your rest stops.
Riding the Segway is such a BLAST, we have done the tour 4 or 5 times so far and will be going again in 4 weeks. It is not cheap--with AAA or AP discount it's just under $100.00, but worth every penny.
I have done every tour offered at WDW and the Segway is my favorite.
I agree that the Beyond The Seeds is very worthwhile as is the Keys To The Kingom. If you are a train lover, check out The Magic Behind Our Steam Trains tour, and if you love animals both the tours at Animal Kingdom are really interesting.
