Advice on Construction

I am torn on staying at Newport Bay or Sequoia Lodge. Newport Bay is actually cheaper than Sequoia Lodge, due to construction I am imagining. Having never been there before and going by pictures only, Sequoia Lodge looks more appealing and actually nicer to me, however I see it is only classified as a moderate. I like the idea of room service at Newport Bay, just wondering how much of an impact the construction would present to the resort experience. Anyone have any recommendations for me? We'll be there for 2 days in April, right after Easter. Thanks so much!!!
