With a range of up to 30 minutes from Disney you really are going to cover a wide area. Do take into consideration that if you're looking to take rentals, to help to cover costs, then anything less than 10 minutes from Disney really does help in attracting those bookings, anything more than 20 minutes does make it more difficult to get bookings. If rentals aren't important than, basically, the further out from Disney you go the better nargains you can get. At the moment there is a lot of development along I27 ( this is at the western end of 192 ) there are some really good deals available down there and particularly so with $£ at it's current rate. Of the developements I've seen in that area I liked Southern Dunes and Highlands Reserve but there are many ones I haven't seen as yet. South of the 192 is the Poinciana area, again it is a little bit of a drive, but some REALLY nice houses etc down there.
I would suggest speaking to a reputable realator and try to get some information from them. I'm happy to recommend Peggy Morris who has handled all the things for my house. She works at Premier vacation Homes and her number is 001 407 396 2401.
While it's fine for people to recommend areas and ideas , really the only way to get a good feel for which area you want to live is by spending quite a lot of time in the area and finding an area that has the right feel for you. I would say I deliberated for probably 3 years over where I'd like to buy and I probably cover quite a lot more ground than most because I'll drive up to an hour from the usual "stretch" to play golf.
It's a REALLY big choice and needs to be given a lot of thought.
