Advice for MK please

This is my first post so hello to all. This is a great site everyone is so helpful

We are going to Disney between Dec 10 and Dec 20 and staying off site. When we go to MK we would like to see Wishes but won't be going to MVMCP. These are the dates we can go:

Monday 12th Dec
Wednesday 14th Dec (Evening EMH)
Saturday 17th Dec
Monday 19th Dec

We have 3 kids, the youngest being 6. Which day would you choose?

It is going to be busy any of the days that you choose, but I would say go on the 12th...An EMH (the 14th) night is going to be a lot busier than a regular night, as well as Saturday's (the 17th) are going to be busy.... The reason I say Monday the 12th is because the local schools don't let out for the holidays until December 19 so on the 12th you won't have many locals there adding to the crowd...

I would have to recommend going on Monday, December 12. The earlier in December, the better off you'll be.

You want to avoid Saturday nights as the crowds are insane.

EMH evenings are always crowded as well.

Mondays are notoriously busy days at the MK too, but since it's the earliest day in the month, I would go with it.

Your'e right, it is a friendly place.
I looked at park hrs and the 12th and 14th, Wishes will be at 8pm. Both parades will be at 3pm and 7pm. I would lean towards the 14th myself. But for the fireworks only, there probably wouldnt be a significant difference in crowds since most Fl. season pass holders would be getting ready for work/school the next day.

Originally I had thought we would go out with a bang, no pun intended, and go on the 19th but my thoughts are to go earlier now.

Monday or Wednesday = A rock or a hard place

Another vote for the 12th because of all the reasons stated above. I'd also avoid the EMH night.
