Well June 28 is DD2's bday, and OUR wedding anniversary!

This is sooooo exciting! We have reservations for a Magical Gathering and were going to celebrate my nieces 1st birthday while there....wow, what timing!!!! Yippeee!

I LOVE it when fedex is at the door.. with a package from ... WDW Media Relations...

Here's me... working away at my desk.... (work at home mom, with a sick kid today....). Figuring nothing is going on... checking the Dis.... ok, you get the picture....


When all of a sudden... ding dong... BARK! BARK! yea, the dog doesnt get along too well with Fedex

and What to my wondering eyes appears:

Ok, so i'm low on patience, I TEAR into the package... and its a gift (oh I love suprises!) and a note announcing:

Yeay! Free Disney in 2009!!!

and then, to make it even BETTER, a gift for sharing my profile with the Mom's Club - signed by Leanne! (really signed too from what I can tell!!! )

Ok, can we tell I'm excited!!! What could be better.. surprises... packages from Disney, and gifts.. Yikes! I might go on overload! Good thing I'm heading down in 26 days, 11 hours, and 4 min (but who is counting!)

PS today must be my lucky day - my computer crashed in the middle of typing this, and when my browser restarted - it was still typed in !!! I LOVE firefox!

Oh! I'm so glad that Disney thought of you! (Way to show some "love" to last year's finalists! )

I know, its what keeps us loving Disney so much - the little things, how something so small to a company that size... can mean so much to us!

We've celebrated every birthday in my family (except mine, go figure) AND a graduation at Disney this year! So I guess we fit in the celebrate mode exactly!

That is actually a marketing genius! It will draw in a lot of day trippers I bet, increasing sales in an otherwise down economy!

We have A/P's anyhow - but we are arriving the day AFTER my son's 4th birthday!

The gift is a big box of note cards with "What will you celebrate?" on the front, blank inside! I love them!!!

Disney is just really driving me nuts!!! First, we get a pin code for free dining between now and Dec. 20th, the first pin code we've recieved in I don't know how long, and now I find out DH could get in free on his birthday in January!! We are dying to go back, but since DD is in middle school now, we can't take her out for a vacation, so we have to wait for June. Why must they torture us with these great offers??????

It must be Disney day on the travel channel...I haven't looked at the TV guide, but I know this is coming up at 8:00 EST:


Bay Lake Tower, with about 300 units, will be linked to the Contemporary Resort by a fifth-floor pedestrian bridge. Current DVC members will have the first opportunity to purchase these units, which will go on sale this Sunday. Prices for Bay Lake Tower begin at $18,000 -- the most expensive starting point of any DVC resort. (For comparison, Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas, begin just below $17,000.) The 60 elevated homes of the Treehouse Villas will be built as a new phase of the Saratoga Springs resort near Downtown Disney. The Treehouse Villas will open next summer. Bay Lake Tower will follow in the fall.

Travel channel viewers will see the newly unveiled resort during a special called "Season of Disney: Disney's Best Kept Secret" on September 18 at 8 p.m. eastern.

I am meeting two other fantastic Dis-ers on Saturday at the MK--EVAD and GDAD, two of the VERY BEST photographers on the photo board!!

I'm not sure I'll be able to keep up with them!

We are supposed to go and see Bob Jackson at the Port on Saturday night, but have you guys heard about the BIG FIREWORKS show at the MK on Saturday night???

Do you know how long we'll need to wait before "the chosen" are notified for the next step? I know the site tells you November 1st or 2nd - but I assume that will be the "final" 16, right?

Do they pick 16 or 12 finalist? I've heard both numbers.
