this coming may will be the fourth year in a row we are going to Disney world and the 3rd time going in may. Never had any issues at all getting dining reservations. This year I booked 180 days out as always. Only 3 restaurants in the magic kingdom available. Tony's town square and the plaza restaurant had nothing. They are not highly sought after restaurants. Any ideas or input? We never had trouble booking these before. I read there is a non Disney sight booking tables for a fee which may be reason why.

Apparently The Plaza only takes ADRs from 11 am to noon now. After that it is walk up only. Haven't heard anything about Tony's. Wonder if they're going to have a Reno or something. What dates are you looking for?

The Plaza no longer takes reservations except for an hour at lunch.

No idea on Tony's.

Liberty Tree, Be Our Guest, and Skipper's Canteen are the three you were able to see?

I got a 11:10 in early May @ the Plaza.

Also, the dining reservation-for-fee companies were all squashed by Disney months ago.

Touring plans is still operating. No idea why they were not targeted as well

My guess would be because their service is free, and they're not attempting to profit off Disney without Disney getting its share.

Sometimes not all restaurants are open at the 180 day mark. When I was 180 for my upcoming trip, neither Tony's or 'Ohana had opened up yet. I kept checking back & was able to get ADRs for both a couple weeks later when they finally hit the system.

I would suggest using the TP free res finder. It will alert you when & if there is an open reservation & then you can go book it.
