Hi Everyone!

As many times as I've been to Disney, this is our 1st trip with no kids. I was wondering, do adults get to interact at the Supercalifragilistic Breakfast? :confused3 I know its' mainly for children, but this is my DP's first trip and I want her to have the FULL treatment!! Thanks ahead for any tips!! ;)

Chris

Sure do, go enjoy. We did multiple character meals when we went on our honeymoon 9 yrs ago. Nobody bats an eye

Ohhhh I'm so happy to hear that! I LOVE Mary Poppins and she will be thrilled I know. It's our last morning there...I figured it was a great way to say goodbye...till the NEXT time!!;)

If I ever get to go on an "adults only" trip, I'm still doing character meals! Probably not as many, and certain ones (like H&V) could be dropped... but I still want my character meals! :thumbsup2

I'm so glad to hear this! i have always wanted to do CRT and never been able to get ressies. If I ever get them, I will still go even if I have no kids!

Absolutely! Me and my boyfriend (19 and 18 at the time, respectively) went to LTT's character dinner in 2007. We had a great time with the characters. They came by our table three times each within the time we were there, and spent just as much time with us as anyone else.

We'll be going to Crystal Palace's character lunch on our trip this May! :thumbsup2

We went .When your in Disney everybody is a kid in my opinion. Have a Magical Trip.

My fiancee and I (28 and 25, respectively) did Chef Mickey's breakfast when we were there in January and have ADR's for CRT breakfast on our Honeymoon in May. CM is one of the most fun dining experiences we've had down there.

Like ROEDISNEY said, everyone's as much of a kid as they want to be when they're at Disney. Enjoy yourselves!

DH and I are going alone together in June. It will be mainly a Disney golfing trip and we are staying onsite. We plan to do Donald's Safari breakfast. I had also planned Chef Mickey but DH doesn't like breakfast and there will be a holiday surcharge so I guess we will just do Donald's. We did Crystal Palace with 2 adults and our 17 year old daughter. We didn't feel out of place at all.

Character meals aren't mainly for kids; they are mainly for people who love meeting the characters. My DH and I ate at 5 character meals on our last trip (it was for 17 days so we ate A LOT of places) and loved them all. The characters will have fun with adults if the adults show that they want to have fun with the characters. If the adults are "standoffish" like the they don't really want the character attention the characters will just wave to say hello and move on.

Go and enjoy!!!

we always do a character breakfast with or without the kids.......we love the fun we have and the food is definitely delicious.....have a great time

Do it! I am an adult going to the same breakfast with my sister. We dont have kids and I cant wait to go. You dont have to be a kid, just a kid at heart. Ill be doing this same breakfast in May. Want me to let you know how it goes as just an adult?

My husband LOVES to tell people that WDW is the only place that can make a 40 year old man act like a 9 year old kid. :thumbsup2 So go have fun and the best advice is NOT to worry about anyone else. Just have fun!!!! Honestly if you think about it...how many people do you actually remember from your last dining experience??? I can say NONE!!!! Our next 2 trips to WDW will be childless and we are doing ALL the character meals we can!!

go - you will have a blast. Me and DP have been to many - you really don't feel out of place at all. ;)

I love going to character meals, and I'm a 56yo guy that just loves them. It makes no difference what the character meal it is, I love them all!!! I've had my picture taken with characters for so many years, I could make a book showing how "I've changed" over the years with the same character. It really makes you feel like a kid again.

We're going for our 25th anniversary next month, fourth trip ever, first without kids. We've never been to most of these restaurants but have booked CRT, CM, OHana Breakfast, CP for Breakfast and dinner, Garden Grill, Tusker House. Can't wait to try them all!

We're doing it! DH and I (23 and 28) are going to be doing 2 of them this time. I'm hoping that they interact with adults as well. I love me some Tigger!

Definitely! That's part of the fun of going to Disney. 1900 Park Fare was really fun, they have tigger, pooh, Mary Poppins, Alice and the Mad Hatter. We had the last breakfast reservation and it was great. The place was empty and it was so relaxing. Also the characters spent a lot more time with us too. Have fun!
