Well I have to meet with one of my employees today because the rest of the crew are going to riot if I don't do something about her. I think she needs medication but of course can't say that. My assistant told me my staff is thinking about shooting her with horse tranquilizers.

And in regards to the snoring question, yes, I want to know anytime an employee is wasting/stealing company resources. I consider goofing off to be intentional theft of company resources as the employee is stealing pay for doing nothing. A few minutes here and there is one thing but a 2 hour nap is completely different.
