Adult Drinks

Ok... it has been a couple years ago that we went to the Animal Kingdom and had our first experience with alcohol at Disney (guess it kind of shocked us the Disney isn't just for kids!). The had a drink there the was made up I believe of rum, pineapple juice, blue curaco, and topped with cointreau. Does anybody happen to know what the name of this drink is. It was out of this world and want to make sure we can get it again when we go back!!!

I'm not sure either, but it does sound good! We liked the Rum Runner we had 3 weeks ago...yum yum!!!

The bar is called Dawa located in Africa.

They have 3 to 5 "tropic" specials at a time and rotate every week to 10 days.

Bryan or Sharon will be able to make exactly what you want especially since you remember the contents.

I'm not sure of the name... it was just a little bar in the middle of the AK and all they served was alcohol. Don't really remember where it was since the last time we went to the AK was the year the park opened... my mother-in-law spotted it and was all ready drinking when my wife and I noticed she was gone (she kinda has a nose for alcohol, so leave it to her to find the bar!)

I sure hope that will have it when we go back!!!

Rum, Pineapple Juice and Blue Curacao is universally known as a Blue Hawaiian. No matter where you go you could just order that and ask them to throw a little Cointreau (or just Triple Sec) in it.
