Well...here's one more thing that's keeping me up at night!!

I'm making several dining arrangements for our trip to include various wedding guests...I want to make sure we are able to spend a little bit of time with everyone!

My concern is: I still haven't been told by ANYONE what their vacation plans are! I know with certain reservations (like the Fantasmic Dinner) they will only seat us once everyone is there...is this the case everywhere??

What happens if someone bails on us and doesn't show?? Are we all turned away?

Thanks!

It's like any other restaurant. They request that you wait for your entire party to arrive before you are seated. If someone does not show just tell them, well 2 people are not coming so instead of 6 we are 4... they will accomodate you. The only thing they will usually have issues with is adding people when you arrive as that becomes a seating issue. If you book 8 and 6 show up it is not really an issue, they can take chairs away and/or have a 2 top walk up accomodated... Don't worry they won't turn you away in this scenario...

Any ADR you have to prepaid or leave a deposit for, I think you will lose you money. Unless you cancell 24 hours before.
