ADR's Time messed up

Has anyone else noticed that since the ADR system has came back on-line that their times are messed up? For example it has us dining at The Crystal Palace at 5:25 am. Seems like all of them are 3 hours earlier than I booked them for. Hope they correct all of them.:confused3
 
I'm having the same issue here...I booked Ohana's for 8 pm on 6/17 and it's showing up as a 4 p.m. reservation. I have the email confirmation with the 8 pm reservation time I'm just concerned that they may charge my CC if we don't show up for the 4 p.m. reservation.
 
Mine is still not fixed :( I hope it's not an issue and that they can honor the 8 pm time. Glad yours got resolved!:)
 

Yikes! I was so glad to see this thread. I have never had an experience booking dining like this. I select Jiko at 6:15pm, I get a reservation confirmation that notes my time as 2:15pm. Jiko isn't even open then. What a total mess!!!
I wonder if the main dining board folks are aware of this...it's a huge problem.
 
I just had the same issue not a half hour ago. I changed my CRT reservation. I made it for 10:10am. I have the confirmation email which is correct. However, my disney experience says 1:10pm breakfast. Being 1:10 isn't a breakfast time, I'm fairly confident that it's okay, but being my credit card was just charged $176, I'm still concerned.
 
I spoke too soon, mine is still showing 3 hours earlier than I booked:sad:
 
Oh I'm so glad to see this thread! I just booked CRT on the phone and when I linked it online it is off by 4 hours!
 
I'm going to call about it some other day. I was in hold forever to book the ADR in the first place.
 
Not sure if this is helpful to anyone but I just spoke with the CL Concierge to inquire about the issue with our Ohana reservation. He said that in his system he saw the correct time of 8 p.m. and then he logged into MDE and saw that my reservation reflected 4 p.m. He told me that Ohana doesn't open until 4:30 so there's no way that I have a reservation for 4 p.m. He was also able to access Ohana's reservation list for the day of our reservation and confirmed that our reservation for 8 pm is there. He said he had never seen that happen before and that it must have happened due to the system "enhancement" that took place today. He was submitting a ticket to IT to have the issue looked at. Hopefully it's just a MDE glitch and everyones reservations are correct at the restaurant itself.

Thank you for posting this information. :thumbsup2 In the meantime, I'm printing out the
"Congratulations! Your dining reservation is confirmed" page. It seems to have the right date, time and place.

I hope they fix it soon too - I have been counting on being able to pull up my ADRs online to know exactly what time my reservations are. Guess that's not gonna cut it?

Edited with update at 8pm...I think the dining reservation time glitch is fixed! I was able to make some new reservations with accurate times. Crossing my fingers it holds. :)
 
Wow this system is a mess! Yesterday, I booked a last minute Ohana reservation for this Saturday at 5:00pm. I was a little surprised to see anything available, especially 5:00pm which seems a little before their official opening time. I shrugged and thought that maybe they are opening a little early in anticipation of a busy night. I received an email confirmation for the 5:00pm time.

Today I logged into MDE and the reservation shows 8:00pm. I called WDW Dining to see what they had to say. The agent was a bit curt and said "the reservation was made for 8pm."

So hopefully we will be okay for 8. I will just printout the MDE confirmation as backup. But like another poster said, hopefully we will not get charged as a no-show when we are not there at 5pm!
 
Yeah I booked Hoop De Doo for 4 and afterwards it showed as 11am!!! I cancelled it anyway for other reasons but it took me by surprise to say the least HAHA
 
The reservation system is a disaster at the moment. I booked CRT for 10:10am breakfast in September two days ago and got a confirmation email. However MDE said that it was 1:10pm breakfast. So just to put my mind at ease, I called yesterday.

The CM was great. She said that in her system it was the 1:10 and it was that way at the restaurant too, but the meal listed was breakfast, which of course, made no sense.

She took the issue to someone else who was apparently snippy saying that the reservation was correct at 1:10pm b/c I could hear my CM defending me saying that "the guest says she made the reservation at 10:10 and she has a confirmation email to confirm it." The other person apparently didn't budge, so my CM said that she would try to change the reservation herself.

She was able to rebook it at 10:10am with the same confirmation number. However, when I went to MDE, it says 6:10am on one screen and 7:10am on another. Neither time CRT is even open.

Fortunately, I do have a printout of both the confirmation email and the "Congratulations your dining reservation is confirmed page," and I do intend to call again in a week or so to make sure everything is okay. I'm sure they'll get it worked out, but I could see a real mess coming up when it comes to actually fulfilling the messed up reservations. Does anyone else see over bookings and angry guests who show up at the wrong times? Especially at a place like CRT where you pay in advance.
